Hi, I’m Alex! As Operations Manager at The Pet Nanny Co, I work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly so our team can focus on what matters most - caring for your pets. From scheduling and logistics to supporting our nannies in the field, I make sure every detail is handled with care and consistency.
I also step in when needed to provide direct support, whether that means helping with last-minute bookings or filling in to ensure no pet is ever left without the care they deserve. My goal is to make every experience with The Pet Nanny Co seamless, reliable, and stress-free - for both pets and their people.
